Cross-Org Calendar Sync
Never get double-booked across two companies. Privacy-preserving sync every fifteen minutes.
Why we built it
Sitting on two companies means two work calendars and two streams of meeting invites. Double-booking happened constantly. Off-the-shelf cross-calendar sync tools either leak event details or break on recurrence. We built one that respects the privacy boundary.
How it runs
- 01
Read both calendars
Polls each Google Workspace calendar every 15 minutes for events in the next 60 days. Pulls the full event metadata but only stores what the mirror needs.
- 02
Mirror as Busy blocks
Creates a Busy block on the opposite calendar for each source event. The block carries no title, attendees, or notes. Only the time slot crosses the boundary.
- 03
Reconcile changes
When a source event moves, gets cancelled, or has its time edited, the mirror block on the other side updates or deletes in the next 15-minute cycle.
