Content Publisher
One approved post in Notion. Five channels published with threading and first-comment support.
Why we built it
Cross-posting the same draft to five channels burns an hour every time. The bigger problem is consistency: someone forgets the LinkedIn first-comment link, the X thread misses the splits, the Instagram caption gets cut off. One Notion approval should produce all five variants automatically, with the platform quirks already handled.
How it runs
- 01
Watch for approval
Polls the Notion Content Calendar every few minutes. Picks up posts the moment they flip to Approved, with the schedule date and channel set already filled in.
- 02
Generate platform variants
Adapts the core post into platform-native versions. Splits X threads on the right beats, trims the Instagram caption to fit, queues the LinkedIn first-comment link, formats Threads and Facebook variants.
- 03
Publish to five channels
Pushes each variant to its platform via Postiz on the schedule the Notion row defines. Thread continuations and first-comment posts publish together with the parent.
